 Reflexology is a form of massage therapy that involves applying alternating pressures to the feet, hands and outer ears. Reflexology is a relaxation technique designed to alleviate stress and thereby reduce health problems that may be associated with stress. Work can be physically demanding, and these professionals must guard against injury by using proper techniques when standing for long periods of time and performing repetitive motions.

   You need a Certificate, associate's degree and a Massage therapy, reflexology.

  According to the BLS, therapists including reflexologists can expect to make an average full-time annual salary of $39,760 as of May, 2009.  

  I would not, could not want to be one because i do this all the time i message my mom's hand and feet. I like it because it relaxes her but not as a job.
