“A promise must never be broken”

I don't entirely agree with this quote because i would want no one to break a promise to me. There are situations that you have to break a promise. For example if your mom wants you home by 9:00 then on your way home you get in an accident or there was an accident and you have to go around then that means you broke your promise. But yes a good reasonable promise should never be broken.
